Privacy Policy

Data we collect

When you sign in with Google, we receive your name and email address from Google. We store these to identify your account.

When you build a form, the form configuration (title, fields, settings) is stored in our database. You control this data and can delete it at any time.

When someone submits a response to your form, the answers they provide are stored in our database. We also store a hash of the submitter IP address for rate limiting, and their user agent string.

Data retention

We keep your account data and form responses until you delete your account or remove the forms. You can delete a form at any time from the dashboard, which removes the form and all its responses.

Third-party trackers

Filly does not use third-party analytics or advertising trackers in v1. The only third-party service involved in authentication is Google OAuth, which operates under Google's own privacy policy.

Hosting

Filly is hosted on Cloudflare's global edge network. Form data and responses are stored in Cloudflare D1. Your data may be processed in Cloudflare data centers around the world to serve requests quickly.

Your rights

You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by emailing support at filly.app. We will process the request within 30 days.
