Your account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your Google account secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use filly to collect data in violation of applicable laws, to send spam, or to build forms that attempt to phish for sensitive information. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.

Your content

You own the forms you create and the responses you collect. You grant us a limited license to store and process this data to operate the service for you.

Service availability

Filly is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may change or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of liability

Filly is offered free of charge in v1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of data, business interruption, or other damages arising from use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new date.
